All non-industry presenters are automatically registered for the conference. Industry presenters are required to register.

No, the PV21 Meeting is open to non-members as well as members. Please note that non-industry, healthcare professional members receive complimentary registraiton - all other members receive discounted registration. Please click here for more information.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the DPA is temporarily suspending its Pathology Visions cancellation policy. If necessary, cancellations will be accepted without penalty. The DPA is not responsible for any expenses incurred outside of registration as a result of an event cancellation. Should you have a COVID-related cancellation, please email your request to info@digitalpathologyassociation.org as soon as possible. 

 

Cancellation by DPA; Virtual Event:  
If DPA cancels Pathology Visions 2021 or reschedules Pathology Visions 2021 as a virtual event, then registration payments may, at attendees option, be either applied to Pathology Visions 2021 virtual event or refunded in full. Attendee acknowledges that any fees or other liabilities or expenses incurred by attendee shall be solely the responsibility of attendee. Fees may not be transferred to PV 2022. 

YES! We are currently applying for CME credit. You must register for #PathVisions21 if you wish to receive CE & CME credits for the conference.

Yes! All registration levels (except spouse/partner) include admission to the keynote presentation, all sessions, workshops, meal functions, and receptions. You have the opportunity to select which sessions you'd like to attend.

Yes! Registrants will have access to all recorded presentations for 90-days following the meeting. After which, presentations will be available to DPA members only. For more information on membership, please click here.

#PathVisions21 is the event where hundreds of digital pathology professionals and industry partners gather to exchange knowledge, resources, strategies, solutions, and more. With three days of learning, growing, and finding inspiration, attendees are equipped with support in their daily responsibilities as leaders in the field of digital pathology. Pathology Visions includes both general and concurrent sessions with opportunities for attendees to engage with the speakers and colleagues. Learn about real-world, practical applications in the ever-evolving field of digital pathology. The DPA is now extending complimentary conference registration to all non-industry healthcare professionals! In order to receive this complimentary registration, you must be a current DPA member as well as stay within the PV21 room block at the MGM Grand hotel (a booking link will be included in your confirmation email). The DPA is looking forward to returning to in-person educational events and the health and wellbeing of our participants as our top priority. While participating in-person at Pathology Visions, the DPA will follow suggested federal, state, and local preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the DPA cannot guarantee that participants, attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, or others in attendance (“participants”) will not become infected with COVID-19. All participants will be asked to:

 

  • Wear masks when and where required - DPA masks will be made available to all attendees
  • Practice social distancing when and where required
  • Follow any pathway signage
  • Follow good personal hygiene practices
  • Practice self-monitoring & self-reporting
  • Follow the requirements of the host hotel that are in place at the time of the meeting
  • Not travel to or attend PV21 if sick or become sick
  • Take reasonable precautions to ensure your own comfort
  • Temperature checks will be made available to all attendees

By registering, you acknowledge the inherent risks of attending Pathology Visions 2021 and that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19. By attending PV21, you acknowledge that exposure or infection may result in quarantine requirements, serious illness, permanent disability and/or death. You agree to follow all health and safety precautions for the DPA meeting. You acknowledge that if you choose not to follow the health and safety precautions as outlined by the DPA, the meeting venue and other partners for the DPA, your registration may be canceled, and you may be removed from the meeting with no refund of any related expenses.

Pathology Visions 2021 will continue as an in-person meeting taking place October 17-19 in Las Vegas, NV. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will take the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our attendees. Should there be any change to PV21, we will promptly notify those impacted.
