Requirements Prior to #PathVisions24 Include (but not limited to):

 

  • Completion of all online forms (speaker information, copyright release, CME disclosure form, etc.)
    • Title Character Limit: 100
    • Abstract Character Limit: 5,000
  • For submission to JPI, a full list of authors with complete affiliations for each is required when submitting your proposal. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted for consideration. 
  • For your proposal to be considered complete, we require that all authors and presenters listed on your proposal complete the required form(s), sent directly to them via separate email, no later than June 7.

All proposals not accepted for oral presentation are automatically considered for poster presentation (if you select "yes" on your submission form). Please do not submit the same abstract for poster presentation.

 

NOTE: If applying for a 2024 Travel Award, the application is included in and must be submitted along with the oral/poster submission form.
