ChauhanA little about our instructor, Chhavi Chauhan:
Born and raised in India, Dr. Chhavi Chauhan was constantly exposed to various branches of yoga. As a result, yoga became an integral part of her life. After moving to the U.S. in 2003, she started practicing hatha yoga on a regular basis. Inspired by the beautiful transformation that yoga has brought in her own life and the lives of her loved ones, she aspired to become a yoga instructor. She successfully completed 200 hours of registered yoga teacher training in hatha yoga in 2013 from Blue Heron Wellness Center (Silver Spring, MD). She co-founded Yoga Medley with a couple of like-minded individuals the same year.  She continues to practice and teach yoga in various capacities. Dr. Chauhan is also a member of the Digital Pathology Association (DPA) Board of Directors and co-chair of the DPA Membership Committee.

While there is no fee to register, we encourage a donation to the Digital Pathology Association Foundation (DPAF) to help support this mindfulness opportunity. $20-$30 is recommended but any amount is greatly appreciated and assists the DPAF in achieving its mission to accelerate adoption of digital pathology to improve patient outcomes globally!
