In this lecture, we will explore common and diagnostically challenging mesenchymal lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, focusing on the critical aspects of their pathology. The session will also examine how digital pathology tools can improve the accuracy of diagnosing these lesions and play a pivotal role in their risk stratification. This integration of advanced technologies is expected to provide clinicians with valuable insights into managing these cases, ultimately benefiting patient care. The presentation will highlight both traditional approaches and innovative strategies in the field.
