- Registration confirmation emails will include a link to the official PV26 room block at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
- DPA does not use third-party housing providers; be cautious of fraudulent offers. Please book through the official conference room block at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
- Room Rate:
- Starting at $335 (plus taxes and fees)
- Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee required
- Cancellation Policy: 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival (or 1 night fee)
- Cashless Environment:
- The conference hotel is cashless. Credit/debit cards or contactless payments will be available.
Important Policies
Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Refund Deadline: Full refunds (less a $50 administrative fee) are available for cancellations received by August 31, 2026. No refunds will be granted after August 31, 2026.

Submission: All requests must be sent via email to info@digitalpathologyassociation.org.

Transfers: You may transfer your registration to a colleague with the same membership status at any time prior to the event.

Note: Hotel reservations are managed independently; please cancel rooms directly with the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for attendees who provide medical documentation of a positive diagnosis for a communicable disease (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza) within 72 hours of the event.
Special Offers & Discount Codes Policy
Discount codes are valid only at the time of the initial purchase or registration. Refunds will not be issued for existing registrations if a special offer becomes available after the original purchase. Registrations completed at a discounted rate are not eligible for additional discount codes. Only one (1) special offer, reduced fee, or discount code may be applied per registration.
Event Format & Force Majeure
In the event that the DPA cancels Pathology Visions 2026 or transitions to a virtual-only format, attendees may choose to apply their registration fee to the virtual event or receive a full refund. The DPA is not responsible for any other fees, travel liabilities, or non-refundable expenses incurred by the attendee. Registration fees cannot be automatically rolled over to Pathology Visions 2027.
Consent & Media Release
Registration and participation in DPA meetings and other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the attendee’s image, voice, and digital contributions (including Q&A and poll data) in recordings (live and on-demand), photographs, and electronic reproductions. All media captured during Pathology Visions 2026 is the sole property of the DPA and may be used for future educational or promotional purposes without compensation or further approval rights.

Assumption of Risk: An inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases exists in any public space. By attending, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure.

Liability Release: Attendees agree not to hold the Manchester Grand Hyatt, Digital Pathology Association Inc., or their partners liable for any illness or injury.

Compliance: You agree to follow all safety protocols outlined by the DPA and the venue. Failure to comply may result in removal from the meeting without a refund.
