Dr. Ying is an Associate Professor of Pathology with special interests in gastrointestinal, liver, and pancreatic pathology. He is the Program Director of the GI and liver pathology fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. His clinical interests include neoplastic gastrointestinal, hepatic, and pancreatic diseases, gastrointestinal inflammatory disorders, and non-neoplastic diseases of the liver. He has a broad background in basic, translational, and clinical cancer research, and interested in developing diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic biomarkers for digestive system cancers.
