• Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee required
• Cancellation Policy: 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival (or 1 night fee)

Cashless Environment: The conference hotel operates on a cashless basis. Credit/debit cards or contactless payments will be available.

• Overnight Guest: $45

• Discounted Daily Rate: $15 (No in/out privileges)

  • To receive this rate, please pick up a "chaser ticket" at the PathVisions registration desk (limit one per person, per day).

Valet Parking

• Overnight Guest: $65

• Transit: $12 first hour, $8 each additional hour
