Housing Information

Our exclusive room block, available only at the host hotel, puts you steps away from sessions, networking events, and fellow attendees. This is your prime opportunity to connect, collaborate, and maximize your PathVisions experience. 

• Booking Deadline:

  • Early booking is encouraged as our block sells out quickly!
• Room Block:
  • Registration confirmation emails will include a link to the official PV25 room block at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. 
  • DPA does not utilize third-party housing providers. Be aware of fraudulent solicitations offering discounted hotel rates.
• Room Rate:
  • Starting at $325 (plus taxes and fees)
  • Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee required
  • Cancellation Policy: 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival (or 1 night fee)
• Cashless Environment: 
  • The conference hotel is cashless. Credit/debit cards or contactless payments will be available.

Important Policies

Cancellation/Transfer Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@digitalpathologyassociation.org.
• Full refunds (less a $50 admin fee) will be issued for cancellations received by August 31, 2025.
• No refunds will be granted after August 31, 2025.
• Hotel reservations are separate and must be canceled directly with the hotel.
• Registrations may be transferred to individuals with the same membership status. 

Event Cancellation/Virtual Transition

• If DPA cancels Pathology Visions 2025 or transitions to a virtual event, attendees may choose to apply their registration to the virtual event or receive a full refund.
• Attendee acknowledges that any other fees, liabilities, or expenses incurred shall be solely the attendee's responsibility.
• Registration fees cannot be transferred to Pathology Visions 2026.

Consent Clause

• Registration and attendance at, or participation in, DPA meetings and other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by DPA without compensation or approval rights. All photos, images, and recordings are the property of the DPA. 

COVID-19 Acknowledgement

• By registering for Pathology Visions 2025, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending "Pathology Visions 2025" you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the Manchester Grand Hyatt, Digital Pathology Association Inc., Ward Management Group Inc., or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. You agree to follow all health and safety precautions for the DPA meeting. You acknowledge that if you choose not to follow the health and safety precautions as outlined by the DPA, the meeting venue, and other partners for the DPA, your registration may be canceled, and you may be removed from the meeting with no refund of any related expenses.
