Cancellation requests received via e-mail by September 27, 2024 will be honored. Fees cannot be refunded after September 27. Should you need to cancel your registration, please email info@digitalpathologyassociation.org.
Registration cancellation does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.
Cancellation by DPA; Virtual Event: If DPA cancels Pathology Visions 2024 or reschedules Pathology Visions 2024 as a virtual event, then registration payments may, at attendees option, be either applied to Pathology Visions 2024 virtual event or refunded in full. Attendee acknowledges that any fees or other liabilities or expenses incurred by attendee shall be solely the responsibility of attendee. Fees may not be transferred to PV25.
Yes! PV24 registrants will have access to recorded presentations following the meeting (an email notification will be sent once available). Presentations are not available for download. After 90 days, presentations will be available exclusively to DPA members. For more information on membership, please click here.

All #PathVisions24 attendees, speakers, and exbibitors are required to check-in at the registration desk and pick up their name badge. Registration opens on Sunday, November 3 in Regency Ballroom Foyer (Convention Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando).
Registration + Badge Pickup Hours:
Attendees are required to wear their name badges at all times during the conference including industry workshops, educational sessions, and in the exhibit hall. There is a $50 reprint fee if you lose or forget your badge. Make sure to keep it with you!
Sharing of name badges is strictly prohibited.

Posters will be judged in the following categories. Awards will be presented to the winner of each category on Tuesday at 3:15pm.
