To register, please click here. Upon successful submission, you will receive a detailed confirmation email.

 

Advance registration for #PathVisions23 will close on Thursday, October 26. Onsite registration will open on Sunday, October 29. To provide you with the best possible experience, advance registration is strongly encouraged. 

 

Full conference registration includes admission to:

 

  • Preconference, breakfast, and dinner workshops
  • General and track sessions
  • Poster presentations
  • Exhibit Hall
  • Lunches, breaks, and receptions

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received via e-mail by August 31, 2023 will be honored. Fees cannot be refunded after August 31. Should you need to cancel your registration, please email your request to info@digitalpathologyassociation.org.

Cancellation by DPA; Virtual Event: If DPA cancels Pathology Visions 2023 or reschedules Pathology Visions 2023 as a virtual event, then registration payments may, at attendees option, be either applied to Pathology Visions 2023 virtual event or refunded in full. Attendee acknowledges that any fees or other liabilities or expenses incurred by attendee shall be solely the responsibility of attendee. Fees may not be transferred to PV24. 

Up to 6.75 CME/CE credits are available for PV23. For more information, please click here

 

Please be sure to check your DPA profile for accuracy. Per AMA guidelines, only physicians are eligible to receive CME credits. Please be sure to list your credentials in your DPA profile (MD, DO, etc.). If you are not a physician, you will be given one of the following when you claim your credits:

 

  1. If you apply for CE credits, non-physician will credit a CE certificate. 
  2.  If you do not apply for CE credits then non-physicians will receive a letter of participation.

Yes! PV23 registrants will have access to recorded presentations following the meeting (an email notification will be sent once available). Presentations are not available for download. After 90-days, presentations will be available exclusively to DPA members. Pathology Visions 2023 will take place in-person only from October 29-31 in Orlando, Florida.

There will be no printed program.

All #PathVisions23 attendees, speakers, and exbibitors are required to check-in at the registration desk and pick up their name badge. Registration opens on Sunday, October 29 in Windermere Ballroom Foyer (Convention Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando). 

 

Registration + Badge Pickup Hours:

  • Sunday, October 29, 10am-7pm (8am for exhibitor setup staff)
  • Monday, October 30, 7am-7pm
  • Tuesday, October 31, 7am-3:30pm 

Attendees are required to wear their name badges at all times during the conference including industry workshops, educational sessions, and in the exhibit hall. There is a $50 reprint fee if you lose or forget your badge. Make sure to keep it with you! 

 

Sharing of name badges is strictly prohibited.

Tuesday, Oct 31

  • 7:30-8:30am: Breakfast (sponsored by Iron Mountain)
  • 8:30-9am: Refreshments
  • 11:30am-12:30pm: Lunch
  • 2:30-3:15pm: Refreshments

A variety of beverages including coffee will be served throughout each day.

The exhibit hall will remain open from 8:30am-7pm on Monday and 8:30am-3:15pm on Tuesday. Following are dedicated exhibit hall hours:

Over 70 scientific posters will be on display in the Exhibit Hall between Monday, October 30 and Tuesday, October 31. Attendees are encouraged to actively engage with poster presenters throughout each session; especially during the following dedicated exhibit hall times (subject to change):

Posters will be judged in the following categories. Awards will be presented to the winner of each category on Tuesday at 3:15pm.

Getting to Hyatt Regency Orlando is a breeze. Located at stop 21 for the I-Ride Trolley on International Drive, our hotel is within two miles of FL-482, FL-528, and I-4, and only 15 minutes away from Orlando International Airport.

 

Self-park in the on-site garage or opt for valet parking during your stay. Public parking is available at varying rates for events.

It is mandatory that speakers bring their final presentation to the Speaker Ready Room - Bayhill 27 - during the times listed below but not later than 1-hour prior to your presentation. It is important to ensure all fonts appear as expected, sound/video clips are working properly, etc. The provided PPT(s) will then be loaded on the computer in the appropriate meeting room prior to your presentation.

 

AV personnel will be in the Speaker Ready Room to assist you during the following times (subject to change):

 

  • Sunday, October 29 | 10am – 5:30pm
  • Monday, October 30 | 7am – 5:30pm (except 11am-Noon)
  • Tuesday, October 31 | 7am – 3:00pm (except 11am-Noon)

Attendees will be able to store their luggage in Bayhill 26 on Monday and Tuesday from 7am-7pm. Please note that this space will not be secured. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the DPA or Hyatt Regency. Use at your own risk.
