Dr. Etsuo A. Susaki earned his Ph.D. in medicine from Kyushu University in 2007. His research primarily aims to understand the functional states and regulatory mechanisms of multicellular systems. Specifically, he invented the CUBIC framework for cell-omics and 3D spatial omics. He is currently applying his unique techniques to multiple biomedical applications, including 3D clinical histopathology, cancer drug discoveries, and multicellular synthetic biology
